How to pay with cryptocurrency

Crypto settlement gives both sides a clear, verifiable record of the amount sent and the time it was sent, without either party sharing card numbers or bank details. It also keeps checkout private: the only personal information we hold is the name and address we need to get your parcel to you, plus an email address so we can keep you updated. There are no chargeback windows and no third-party processor sitting between us, which is why we check every payment by hand before an order moves forward.

The trade-off is that crypto transfers are final. A transfer sent to the wrong address, or sent across the wrong network, usually cannot be reversed by anyone — not by us, not by your wallet provider, not by the network itself. That is why the steps below spend so much time on choosing the right network and checking the address before you confirm.

Browse the catalogue and use Add to cart on the products you want. Open the basket at any point to change quantities or remove an item. The basket total shown in pounds is the amount you will be asked to send; we do not add hidden fees at the end. Network fees charged by your own wallet are separate and are paid by you to the network, not to us.

Checkout asks for your full name, email address, phone number and a complete delivery address: first address line, an optional second line for a flat or building name, town or city, county, postcode and country. Please give the address exactly as your courier would expect to see it, because we ship to that address as written. The delivery notes box is the place for anything a driver needs to know — a safe place, a buzzer code, a preferred delivery window, or a neighbour who can accept the parcel.

You will also be asked to confirm that you are 18 or over. We do not accept orders from anyone under 18, and we may ask for proof of age before an order is dispatched.

The next step lists every cryptocurrency we currently accept. Each option shows the coin and the network it runs on — for example Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network, USDT on TRON (TRC-20), or USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20). The network matters as much as the coin itself: the same token can exist on several networks, and each network has its own separate addresses. Choose the option that matches the network your own wallet or exchange will be sending from.

If you are not sure which network you are on, check the withdrawal screen in your wallet or exchange app — it will name the network before you confirm. When in doubt, pick a coin you have used successfully before rather than experimenting at checkout.

After you pick a coin we show a QR code image containing that coin's wallet address, the address written out in full with a one-tap copy button, and the amount due. You can either scan the QR code with your wallet app's camera, or copy the address and paste it into the "send to" field manually. Both routes reach the same address.

Before you press send in your wallet, check three things: the address matches ours (compare the first four and last four characters), the network matches the one named on the payment card, and the amount matches the order total. Some coins also need a memo or destination tag; if the payment card shows one, it must be included or the payment may not be credited.

As soon as your wallet broadcasts the payment it generates a transaction ID — a long string of letters and numbers. In most wallets you find it by opening the transaction in your history and tapping "details", "view on explorer" or the copy icon next to the hash. On exchanges it is usually listed under withdrawal history as TXID or transaction hash.

Paste that value into the confirmation box on the final checkout step and submit. You will immediately see an order reference beginning with UH-. Keep that reference: it is how we identify your order in any email you send us.

Networks confirm at different speeds. Fast chains such as TRON, Solana and Litecoin usually confirm within a few minutes; Bitcoin can take from ten minutes to an hour depending on how busy the network is and the fee your wallet chose. Our team checks payments during UK business hours and confirms your order by email once the transaction shows the required confirmations on-chain. If a payment is still unconfirmed after a few hours, that is almost always a network fee issue rather than a problem with the order.

You sent slightly too little. Send the shortfall from the same wallet and paste the second transaction ID in a reply to your confirmation email, quoting your order reference.

You sent too much. Tell us and we will either refund the difference to a wallet address you give us, or hold it as credit against your next order — your choice.

You used the wrong network. Contact us straight away with the transaction ID. Recovery is sometimes possible on chains where we control the receiving wallet, but it is never guaranteed and may take time.

You pasted the wrong transaction ID. Reply to your confirmation email with the correct one; nothing else needs to change.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we refund in the same coin you paid with, to a wallet address you confirm with us, at the coin amount received rather than the pound value at the time of refund. Crypto prices move, so that figure may be worth more or less than when you sent it. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Read the full terms on our terms page.

We will never ask you to send a payment to an address given over chat, email or social media. The only addresses we use are the ones shown on the checkout page of this website, behind HTTPS. Check the web address in your browser before you send anything, ignore any message claiming our wallet has "changed", and never share your wallet seed phrase or recovery words with anyone, including us.
